Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for eligible physical goods. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless required by applicable consumer law.

To be eligible for a return of a physical item, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Digital products, downloadable materials, streaming content, and access-based services are delivered immediately upon purchase and are subject to different conditions outlined below.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital content delivered electronically, online lessons once commenced, and access to protected resources cannot be returned once access has been granted.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads (including music, books, essays, PDFs, TAB scores, song scores, and supplementary resources)
  • Streaming or embedded media access
  • Online lessons, tuition sessions, or consultations once commenced
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items

To complete a return for an eligible physical product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books or printed materials with obvious signs of use
  • Physical media that has been opened
  • Any physical item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any eligible item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

For digital products, refunds are generally not available once access or download has occurred, except where required by law or in cases of demonstrable technical failure attributable to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced physical items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at {email address} with details and evidence of the defect.

If an exchange is approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of an approved return of an eligible physical item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return an eligible physical product, return instructions will be provided upon approval of your request.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning physical items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.

For higher-value physical items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
